Do prices include VAT?
The prices shown are the prices you pay: VAT is not applicable (French small-business exemption, art. 293 B CGI). You can enter your VAT number at checkout to have it on the invoice.
What does “1 month free” mean?
With yearly billing you pay for 11 months instead of 12.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time from your Subscription page. A plan change is prorated, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
What happens if I go over my limits?
Your documents are kept. You simply cannot create a new folder or upload a file until you are back under the limit or move to the next plan.
What is the AI agent (MCP) access of the Business plan?
An MCP server lets your AI assistant (Claude, Cursor…) browse your folders, create a folder or fetch the client link, with a token you create and revoke at any time. You choose its permissions: read, write, client links. Nothing is deleted and no file contents are sent.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Your invoices are available in your Subscription page.
